Vinyasa 1 - Basics
This class is a slower-paced vinyasa practice that explores the basics of alignment and breath with an emphasis on transitions. Linking breath with movement, your basics classes will help you practice flowing into and out of poses and setting you on a confident path to a Level 1.5 class. Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. at YogaOmazing

Gentle Yoga
A gentle and therapeutic practice for seniors or anyone seeking a slower, therapeutic yoga practice. Suitable for those recovering from injuries or illness or who are in need of a gentle and relaxing practice. The class blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga and breath work.  Students will stretch and strengthen the entire body as a way to support a strong and healthy system inside and out. Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. at YogaOmazing

SUP Yoga
— Practicing yoga on the stand up paddleboard adds a whole new dimension of core challenge, and the balance and focus required will take your practice to a new level. This fun class will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! Outdoor classes coming soon!
